Clinical Director

The Clinical Director position entails hiring, training and supervising counselors, nurses, interns and support staff, and overseeing all clinical operations including utilization review, treatment and discharge planning, program development and family counseling. Other duties include improving existing evidence-based practices and evaluating and improving upon existing outcomes management. Experience working with managed care a plus. Must also be willing to provide group and individual counseling as needed.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of two years experience managing a licensed and accredited residential chemical dependency and/or mental health program preferred. Masters degree required, Ph.D or PsyD. in Clinical Psychology with current CA license preferred. Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience.

Adolescent Counselor

The adolescent counselor position includes leading groups, providing individual and family therapy, case management, and performing utilization reviews with insurance companies.  Applicants must enjoy working with teens and have the ability to inspire and motivate. Minumum of two years experience working with teens required, and must have at a minimum either a CAS, RAS, or CADCI cerification. Applicant must be a dynamic and innovative individual with CBT and Motivational Enhancement training. Hours may vary.  We offer a competitive salary, based on experience and education and benefits.

Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant needed to work at our adult sub-acute detox facility.  Applicants must have knowledge of PAWS.  This is a part-time position that could lead into full-time.  Salary based on experience and qualifications.
