New Dawn Eating Disorders Recovery Center seeks to help adults and adolescents suffering from:

It is our mission to provide a safe, effective, and nurturing environment in which to improve physical, emotional, and interpersonal functioning. Our multidisciplinary team of licensed professionals believes in providing empirically-supported treatments that not only help restore healthy eating behavior but also work to resolve the underlying issues that brought about the onset of the eating disorder. We offer a full continuum of care to fit the level of severity and readiness to change of the individual seeking treatment.  Our non-dieting approach to overcoming eating disorders emphasizes the value of understanding the underlying issues at the root of the disease.  Treatment plans most typically include individual, family, and group psychotherapy, as well as nutritional counseling and supervised meal groups.

At New Dawn we understand that different levels of structure and support are necessary on the road to healing.  This is why we offer programs that address each level of need from the intensive structure provided by our Residential Program (opening April 7, 2010) and Day Treatment (PHP) with optional housing, to our Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient programs.
