Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation and Assessment

Residential treatment admissions are determined by both the Medical and Clinical Directors.  A pre-admission packet will be mailed to you and your physician to fill-out and return to our office.  Upon review, you will be informed of whether you are eligible for our residential program.  You must be female, 18+ years old, medically stable, and motivated to attend.  Upon admission, you will be evaluated in-person by our Medical Director, Psychiatrist, Registered Dietician, and a member of our psychology staff.

For our Outpatient programs, we will also ask that you fill-out some pre-admission paperwork, and then you will undergo a comprehensive psychological and nutritional assessment.  From there, the clinical recommendations will be made and your treatment options will be discussed.

Insurance Benefit Verification

Our Intake Specialists will discuss all relevant fees and ancillary charges with you prior to admission, so that you are completely aware of your potential financial obligation. As part of this process, our staff will verify your insurance eligibility and benefit coverage if you choose to use insurance.
