Housing Options

New Dawn offers two housing options for clients participating in the Day Treatment program who live outside the San Francisco area. The housing is available for either short term weekly stays or long term stays.

Option 1: Free housing at our new, fully furnished house conveniently located in Pacific Heights, CA and only blocks from Pete’s Coffee and all of the shopping stores located on infamous Fillmore Street. The three bedroom, four bathroom house is equipped with modern amenities including a chef’s kitchen, an office/computer room, wireless internet access, garage parking, ensuite bathrooms with “spa” shower rooms, a large back patio, and on-site laundry facilities.

Option 2: Low Cost housing will be offered for clients who are either enrolled in our Modified Maudsley Method program, are interested in living with their family or significant other while in the program, or are simply interested in having access to the additional amenities and conveniences that the Marin Suites Hotel affords. Average daily cost is as follows:

For a One Bedroom Suite: $50 per night

For a Studio Suite: $45 per night

For a Two Bedroom Suite: $40 per night per person (two persons/suite)

The one and two bedroom suites include a living area and a full kitchen. All Suites include the following amenities: daily deluxe complimentary breakfast, 42” flat screen LCD TV with satellite, complimentary hi-speed internet access, heated outdoor pool, 10 person spa, fitness center with sauna, on-site laundry facilities, free newspaper, garden area, bars and shopping centers within walking distance, housekeeping, business center, and much more.

Transportation will be provided free of charge to and from the facility if needed.
